- A server status check will be performed automatically every days.
- If the server is detected as being off for three consecutive days, it will be automatically suspended.
- In the event of suspension, the owner will be informed via the dashboard and e-mail. Please note that users are responsible for monitoring their dashboard, as Waifly cannot be held responsible for e-mails blocked by spam filters or technical malfunctions outside our network.
- The server owner can reactivate his server via this site or by contacting support at contact@waifly.com.
- New Servers: If a server (active for less than 7 days) is suspended for three consecutive days, it will be automatically deleted (the user will be notified via email and dashboard).
- Established Servers: For servers older than 7 days, data will be retained for 15 days after suspension. During this period, the owner may access their data at https://backups.waifly.com.
- Anyone exceeding the resource limits fixed on the dashboard may have their servers suspended or deleted after a 24h notice.
- Users must comply with all applicable laws and third-party terms (e.g., Discord TOS). Hosting illegal code or malicious scripts will lead to immediate termination.
- The use of VPNs, proxies, tunneling tools (such as Nezha, Tuic, Hysteria, etc.) is strictly prohibited on free plans to ensure platform stability.
- The use of obfuscated code is strictly prohibited to ensure platform security.
- Waifly takes reasonable steps to secure stored data. However, our liability is limited to cases of gross negligence. We are not responsible for data loss caused by external cyberattacks, force majeure, or user misconfiguration.
- Automated Inspection: To prevent fraud and abuse, an automated system inspects active processes every 30 minutes. This check is limited to security compliance. No private content is manually viewed unless a critical security alert is triggered.
- Manual Inspection: We reserve the right to manually inspect server content for security reasons. This is strictly limited to: responding to abuse reports, investigating detected malicious activity, or verifying significant violations of our terms. Waifly employees are bound by confidentiality and will only access the minimum data necessary to resolve the security issue.
- Each user may only have one account. If multiple accounts are detected, we reserve the right to suspend the linked accounts. Legitimate data can be recovered at https://backups.waifly.com.
- To request a manual review and identity verification for account recovery, a administrative fee of 1€ may apply to cover processing costs.

- We reserve the right to modify these terms. Users will be notified via e-mail or a dashboard announcement 15 days before major changes take effect.
- As stated in Section 5, Waifly is not liable for data loss except in cases of proven gross negligence.
- In the event of hosting illegal content, such as bot gen prohibited by Discord's terms of use or otherwise, we reserve the right to terminate your account.
- Waifly reserves the right to terminate services for users with repeated violations or for valid security reasons, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the breach.
- These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tarascon.
