Waifly Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Server Status Check:

- A server status check will be performed automatically every three days.

- If the server is detected as being off during this check, it will be automatically suspended.

2. Server Suspension and Reactivation:

- In the event of suspension due to a server being switched off, the server owner will be immediately informed of the suspension via a dashboard.

- The server owner can reactivate his server via this site or by sending an e-mail to waiflyhost@gmail.com.

3. Removal of Suspended Servers Due to Insufficient Capacity:

- In the event of server saturation or insufficient available resources, we reserve the right to remove servers that are currently suspended.

- Owners of suspended servers will be notified in advance of any imminent deletion.

4. User Responsibilities:

- Users are responsible for keeping their servers active and responding to suspension notifications in a timely manner.

- Users are required to comply with all applicable laws and our service rules when hosting code (any code that violates the laws and conditions of use (Discord and other) is prohibited and may result in the suspension of the server).

5. Security and Confidentiality:

- We undertake to take reasonable steps to secure data stored on our servers, but users must also take their own security precautions.

- We are not responsible for data lost due to the suspension or deletion of servers.

- Your data (not your code) may be shared with third parties

- We reserve the right to view for security reasons the content of your servers

6. Unique accounts

- Each user may only have one account. If we find that a user has more than one account, we reserve the right to suspend all their accounts..

7. Changes to Terms of Use:

- We reserve the right to modify these terms of use at any time. Users will be informed of any changes by e-mail or via our website.

8. Managing your data:

- We accept no responsibility for any loss of data or content you store on our servers.
