A server suspension can happen for a few specific reasons on our platform, such as a Terms of Service (TOS) violation or inactivity on the account.

Wie man den Server aufhebt, suspendiert

Um das Problem zu lösen und deinen Server wieder zu aktivieren, befolge bitte diese Schritte:

• Visit the Unsuspend Page: Go to https://waifly.com/unsuspend
• Check the Reason: On that page, you will be able to see the specific reason for the suspension (this unsuspend the server if this one have been suspended for inactivity).
• Reactivate: Follow the on-screen prompts to get your server back online.

Häufige Gründe für die Suspendierung

1. Inactivity: To keep our free resources available for everyone, we may suspend servers that haven't been used for a while (server in running state).
2. TOS Violations: This includes high resource abuse, hosting prohibited content, or using the server for unintended purposes.

Hinweis: If your entire account is suspended (meaning you cannot log into the dashboard at all), this is often due to "Multi-accounting." In that case, you must contact our team at contact@waifly.com. Please note that a 1 € Servicegebühr usually applies for account reactivation if the policy was violated.
