Is it possible to get a test server?
・ Yes! You can get a server for free that you keep forever. You can use it to host your website or test the quality of our services!

What do I get for my rented server?
・ You can access the server through our Panel (Pterodactyl).

I don't have the necessary knowledge! If something goes wrong?
・ Are you new to this? No worries! We provide support to all out customers! Just open a ticket or get community support through our Discord server!

Uptime and maintenance
・ We guarantee 99.97% uptime for our services. If there is a planned prevention, it will be announced in advance.

I like your customers servers. Can you give me some of their files?
・ No! We strictly guard the files of our customers and do not share them with anyone!

I have developers for my server. Can I give them rights to help me?
・ Yes, you can grant rights to someone else, but at your own risk. We take no responsibility for your own decisions and actions.

I want to learn more about my data protection and privacy!
・ The company guarantees full protection and confidentiality of your personal data and files in accordance with the laws GDPR (EU), Data Protection Act 2018 (UK), The Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (UK).

I want to transfer my services to another user. Is this possible?
・ Yes, it is possible. You will need to provide us with the new owner's contact details and ownership will be transferred once our process is complete.

Is file security guaranteed?
・ After receiving your game server, we do not access your files without your permission. If you need help and can't fix an issue using our guides, we'll need to access your files to apply a fix.

All servers come with the latest releases on NVME SSDs for power and speeds that you haven't seen ever before. You will never have to wait for I/O processes to finish!

Just getting started? With a Free plan, you can host one website — a great place to begin! If you're looking to manage a handful of sites, a Quote plan allows you to host any number of websites that you choose while setting up that plan (When we say any ammount and we mean it!). Whatever flexibility you need, Waifly host offers it.

No there is not! You are in full control of your server and whether you want to pay for your server or not. If you do not pay we will remove your server (see previous question) as soon as you make a payment a new server will be created.

Payments

Refunds
・ Our mission is to make our customers happy, but if you are not satisfied with our services, we will provide a refund. Just contact us!

Promotions
・ Our promotions are valid for a certain period. If we announce a promotion for some time, it might not be available later.
